The minimum age to go skydiving is 16 years old.
If you’re aged between 16 and 18, you’ll need the signed consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Can you skydive under 18 in California?
All skydivers must be 18 years of age to skydive, however skydivers that are 16 or 17 years old may skydive with a parent or legal guardian present.
Can I skydive at 17?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. In the United States, all passengers going on a skydive must be 18 years of age. There are two organizations that keep kids from skydiving. The United States Parachute Association and the tandem harness manufacturers.
Where in the US can you skydive at 16?
I know that Parachute Center in Lodi, CA will accommodate those under 18. Is this answer still relevant and up to date? Apparently, at any of the USPA affiliated schools (there are ~220 in the US), you can skydive at age 16 with notarized parental or guardian consent.
At what age can you skydive?
If you are over 16, (minimum age), and under 18, you will require parent/guardian permission. There is no maximum age for Tandem skydiving however the maximum age for AFF courses is 55 years old. We personally recommend the Tandem jump to everybody except those that believe they want to take up the sport of skydiving.
